Still trying to sort out some details before starting the top install on a '29 Sport Coupe and after looking at a couple of cars yesterday I have a question on the welting below the rear window.
should the welting stop on each side of the window openning like on this '28?
Or continue across the belt rail as on this '30?
I know it's tough to see in the 2nd pic because the welt is almost the same color as the top & moulding but it does run all the way acroos and these are the only 2 Sport Coupes that were at the get together.
Also were all the door top covers painted black or should they be body color?
I ask because I didn't see them mentioned in the Judging Standards and the '28 in the 1st pic had a Mark of Excellence badge on the stone gaurd and the door tops were body color.
