With that extra flap down near the running board, it is a panel truck and by size I would say 1/2 ton panel. There are two panel truck fenders that look very similar. 1940-41 and 1942-47. The way to tell them apart is 1940-41 has the fuel filler neck that comes through the fender and 1942-47 has the fuel filler neck in the side of the body. Look for a knock out for the fuel filler as this is a NOS fender that will ID it as 1940-41 and if there is no filler hole or knock out it is a 1942-47. There is also a subtle difference at the runningboard but it's too hard to describe without close up photo comparison. At the runningboard for 1940 -41 Panel fender and pickup fender the vertical part of the fender is flush with the rboard. On a 1942-47 pickup and panel truck the vertical part of the fender that meets the rboard flares outward just after it meets the vertical part of the rboard. As stamping dies became worn this "flare" is very subtle, almost not noticeable on the 1942-47 pickup and panel truck fenders.
