This truck came from a man in his 90s who passed away in NV. Some parts were missing and it hasn't run in a long time. Anybody know any history on it?

Lot's of buyers wanted to buy it for the body to make a street rod. I'm going to keep it on the BB chassis like my others. I love BB's and 51s.

That trk is a '34 probably 100%. Spare tire carrier is there and it has the great timken rear axle. Very popular in '34- High sales because of that rear axle. Newc

That's a beauty! Always good to see another real truck saved from the mail order cookie cutter street rod culture. And I couldn't agree more about about the full floating rear axle.

Thanks for saving another great truck! It looks in great shape and I'm so glad you got it instead of seeing it stripped for parts. I love Model 51's but the 1932-1934 BB trucks are right behind them.

chevy43,
That is VERY nice! Great looking truck! Congratulations! Someone took good care of it too. What are the plans for the bed? More pictures needed too!:)
Regards,
Chris and Cheryl

And you get style points for your retriever. A TT towing a BB. Not something one sees every day. (TT for 'Terra Traveller'.)

I was going to comment on the tow rig too…..you definitely attract attention when you do something!!….I’d like to know what your plans are for the back half…..I’ve got a nice dump body for a ‘36 that it would be great if somebody had a use for it…….Mark

I'm happy you got this truck. Have fun with it. Is the tow vehicle an International Scout?

Yes, a factory Terra pickup long wheel base with a factory Nissan Turbo diesel. Not the best engine so now it has a 5.9 Cummins 12 valve I installed - that's why it has the large side pipe.
