Steps to prevent pop-ups.
1. In browser go to the upper right corner and left click on the 3 vertical dots.
2. Scroll down and click on settings.
3. In left column of Settings left click on Privacy & Security
4. In center column scroll down and left click on Site Settings
5. In center list scroll down to Content and left click on Pop-ups & Redirects
6. Scroll down to "Don't allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects" and left click on circle.
This should stop pop-ups.
