All of you cranky old farts (O.K. - some new farts too !) ought to stop grousing. If the man was lucky (or unlucky) enough to have had a stock pile of 30 or so Dash Rails, and continues selling them until all are gone, well, that is the nature of the business. So the guy has now probably sold about half of is stock of 30 and now just has the remaining 15 to sell. Be patient - as the Doctor told the Kidney Stone patient - "This too shall pass".
