This is an original ammeter with an original dial face worthy for fine point judging. The reproduction ammeters are not good and so it is worth investing in an original ammeter to save the chance of a fire under your gas tank. This ammeter was not restored as it seems to be working fine and all that was done was clean the dial and plate the bezel nickel. I am about out of unrestored ammeters so grab this one up before someone else snatches it from before your eyes.
