The tubes had rectangular blemishes and leaked from the blemish. I didn’t notice them when I mounted them, but after a short period of time they failed to hold air.

I recently had a similar problem with a new tube.

I found a folded post card (for recall info) inside my tire. Could that have cause the rectangular blemishes on the tubes that failed?
