Displaying a fire extinguisher with your vehicle is a requirement at most car shows.

Is this a V8 Club requirement? I've not heard of this, and I've been to alot of shows.

Every car club I've ever been in requires it (at least at National Meets) that includes the EFV8 Club, LZOC, RRLR, Studebaker Drivers Club, etc.

That's really interesting Vic, thanks. Essentially no show I've ever entered has said a word, but I've never been in any of the restoration clubs before. I am considering joining the V8 club though.

In order to display your car at an EFV8 Club meet you must have a fire extinguisher displayed in front of the left front tire. At least that's the way I've always seen them.
