All chrome wheel covers for 37 Ford

[Tom in SW VA]

At an AACA meet last Saturday, a gentleman had full chrome wheel covers on his 37 Ford and mentioned a source. I failed to write it down. Does anyone know the distributor of these all-chrome wheel covers for the 37 Ford??

Thanks in advance...............

I have also seen one piece 37 hubcaps that are chromed...I have a complete set of them I bought up in Michigan that someone had rechromed...they are not stainless center caps and are not two piece caps and are not spyders. They have the correct raised V8.

The foreign made reproduction caps are stamped one piece. You could chrome them. That is probably what oldandtired has.

Here's a link to the Spyder's on Bill Hirsch's Website:

I have a set of the '36's that I haven't used yet, but did inspect when they got to my house. They're nice.

Dont you need the trim ring to go with the spyder? Is it ribbed or plain?
