Ads in posts

Just wondering if something has changed,as I am getting ads popping up in most posts when I open them. I am signed in when this happens. Thanks.

Egads, don't show the stair climber thing to my wife! She'll get me one for Christmas.... I can hear her now talking to the coroner's office.... "I just thought it would be fun for him"
In response to your question, I have never gotten a pop up here, but I Do see some 'ads' cleverly disguised as posts.. (What is this worth?) stuff.
 
Have you tried logging out and logging back in? This procedure has worked for clearing up mystifying occurrences ever since I first got into the remote computing business in 1968.
 
Does it only happen here, or on other websites too?


I had something like this once. Turned out to be some kind of mischievous adware program.
 
you haven't be frequenting that strange brew of a website that sells strip joint paraphernalia and oddly enough, dentistry implements.

maybe you've heard of it, it's called "Boobs Broads and Bicuspids.com"..... no? :)

I tried that with no luck, HOWEVER if I do a restart of the computer while on the Barn, the ads are gone when I return (still logged in).

That was always our ultimate "go to" when all else failed : re-boot the system.
