Just found this accessory front timing gear cover in a load of T parts I just bought. Anyone have any idea what it is for? It is for an early, "non-starter" car, so maybe it is for an accessory front starter?? Anythoughts?

Warfield popped into my mind when I saw the pictures but please don't hold me to it. I have seen identical ones.. Some of these odd covers supported gears for magneto drives.
