Accelerator Spring

Does anyone out there have any good pics of how the early accelerator spring should be mounted on the throttle control assembly? I am trying to mount the correct June 29 - April 29 type, according to the judging standards, on my Nov 28 Coupe. And, the spring that I got with it (although 'used' certainly has one on it different from the newer type). Regardless, it only mounts one way and but has 'way tooo..' much tension on it. Any help to match the correct spring with the earlier assembly would be greatly appreciated. Also, any comment on physical differences in the two would be very helpful. SALTMAN
