Ac& r ?

Some of their tool and parts manufacture was bought by Bert's in Colorado. If you're looking for something that was proprietary to AC&R, contact Bert's to see if they have it..

Their web site says:
Our Business has closed.
Orders are not being taken at this time.

Parts for Model A Fords was started in the late 1990's to provide quality parts for Antique Ford vehicles. The business is for sale and we have chosen to keep the website active to show prospective buyers the depth of the inventory we offer. Interested parties can send inquires to info@PartsForModelAFords.Com. We thank all of our customers for your business over the years and ask that you pass the word along if you know of anyone who might be interested in purchasing the business.
Thank you.

The original owner of AC&R was Pete Weshler. His specialty was the design and manufacture of unique Model A tools. I used to see him at the big swap meets in California. He and his wife had a trailer with all their products. I think he continued to be a supplier of tools to the new owners as well as to some of the other suppliers. I don't know if he is still around. I heard somewhere that Bert's in Denver had hooked up with him.

Pete is still making some tools and supplying them to various dealers. He told me he didn't want to get back into the retail business. This was in the last couple of months.
