Too bad we can't lodge complaints with the AACA and have them ban his car until payment is made. I know it is an idea but the downside is the AACA should not be put in the middle of this.
I was told a story by another vendor that was trying to collect on a bad check and the secretary kept saying he was not in. The vendor told the secretary the story and the guy called back blasting him about sharing his personal business with employees. The vendor replied that he would blow up the bounced check and display it at the car show where the transaction was made. This vendor has no qualms with posting bad checks on the wall of his place of business.
