Were gettin there, traded the old cooper fuel line for some red
Very nice job..thanks for sharing

!
Note:
I purchased and installed 'ruby red' plastic fuel line bot from Sac Vintage Ford. Most likely other suppliers sell it also. You will notice that after a short time, it will no longer be 'ruby red' , but puckey orange colored! This is the first sign that youse are in trouble headed towards possible gas fire.
Shortly after installation and after the hose turned orange, I was cruisin.. no hood. When stopped, I noticed a thin stream of gas about a foot above my tank. Upon making an emergency stop, emergency elect switch off

, I got out ready to do battle with an engine fire, as the entire engine was covered in gas from a still pissing pin hole in my orange gas line

!
What's that stringstein line....can't start a fire without a spark..omg it's true!
So, I contact vintage ford to blast them for selling this dangerous junk product...yup, pissing in the wind! Your mileage may vary.
BTW- when I removed this junk line...it cracked / crumbled like a cracker!
