when i was about seven (1959) i made a cardboard "for sale" sign for my 16" wheeled bike and set it up out in front of the house with the bike. it read, "FOR SALE $5.00 or more". my family still brings it up every once in a while.

maybe i was thinking some generous grandfather would want if for one of his grandkids and give me an extra $5.00 or something. and i didn't want to think i would turn it down, i guess. ha
