A bone heaven

Imagine a time when Model As lost all their value and were discarded willy-nilly like this. The panel truck has mullions in the glass like a house door and somebody collects gascaps. From LowKat on HAMB

looks like a surf board rack too. also the hub in the foreground looks strange?Oh bumper looks like double AA. Be nice to find something like this today. thanks

That rack is probably for whatever business ran the truck,a surf board could have been carried inside. The truck in the foreground is clearly an AA.

pictures like this make's you think.... if this stuff was put away in a warehouse somewhere. AND you were the first to find it.. Like today....l.o.l.

That would be a needle in a hay stack but I would love to find a warehouse full of A's. I know lets build a time machine with an AA car hauler and go back in time buy a bunch of discarded A's  any one got any ideas on how to build a flux capasitor that will work on a 6volt posative ground system? LOL

Popeye31 ,,you might laugh but i had dreams of doing it.. But going back and filling a warehouse somewhere in the mid west away from everything but with DUESENBERGS and a couple of pounds of GOLD.. [like 50 lb.]. and i have the key to the lock.Think that will do it....no,, i forgot and maybe a 400A with the top down...L.O.L.

If you are a scuba diver, look in Lake Michigan somewhere east of Milwaukee for the sunken ship that is rumored to have several box cars full of new Model A's. The cars were said to be on the way to a dealer. Gar Williams

All you have to do is find a dealership that closed in 1933 and buy all the NOS parts like a friend did back in the late 1970's.

AND i wish i had bought all the n.o.s. owners manual Frank had... What did he have in "T" fenders... like 1,500 pieces went out to California..That was a nice haul... 3 truck loads... Not much "A" parts if i remember right or V8's.

I got my 1st Model A in 1958 when I was 15. There were many wrecking yds. in So. Cal. that had rows of Model A's, especially in the Gardena area. I got my 2nd Model A in 62 a late 30 CCPU. I needed an orig. horn & bought a SW for $15. The wrecking yd. I bought the horn at had a 30 tudor that he just bought from the orig. owner who rear ended another car. That tudor had 15,000 orig. miles & other then a little front end damage was perfect. He wouldn't sell it though. Two yrs later I went back to buy some things & he had sold every Model A & all his parts to a San Diego Model A club.

i rember back in 1972 i was bilding my 1st 34 pickup wanted better doors well i had a dream about a well drilling truck i had seen when i was a kid knew where the truck had been so went north looked and looked found it they gave me the truck to get the hell out of there wish i could have more dreams

I have a fourdoor we can experiment on. I'll come pick yall up when I get it built. and well go coast to coast buying up all the parts.O and need to get the stamps from the supplyers so we can build new ones to.

Here's some more.
