99 Block?

Do all 99 blocks have a raised intake deck?

Thanks, I was trying to date my block, but am having trouble coming to a conclusion.

"Raised" deck came in during 1941 and ran through wartime production

The early ones had the four bulges on the pan rails two per side where the core access ports are. This was discontinued about the same time as the reduced boss area on the intake deck came in.
