Who here has a neighbor who has good intentions but could break an anvil?

My neighbor was over, knocked a carb off my work bench while I was working on my fuel pump.. it bent the end of the brass inlet piece in the photo.. he took the fitting to his house(without me knowing yet) and was going to fix the bent threads and ground it off leaving no threads!

I need a new one.. anyone know where to get one?
Looks like it is also the seat for the needle, otherwise I would go to the hardware store.. It is a 97

32,
Max, Ken, and I have these fittings BUT if that fitting is bent you'd
sure better check the threads and whole inlet area of the carb. The inlet
area...where that fitting threads into...is a whole lot more tender than
the fitting and may well be cracked or jerked out of square.
