Restored 28-9 rf fender. This was a decent fender before restoring. Had a couple cracks but the only wire break was just where the edge meets the hood shelf. That has been properly fixed. Any welds were heiliarc welded. Sandblasted, straightened, bondoed, lacquer primered & block sanded. There's hardly more than 1/16 in. bondo anywhere on the fender. You could look underneath & see that it was only used to fine finish the fender. I will coat it with black enamel primer to protect it from rusting.
