8ba with a delco cs130 alternator

hello folks,
I have a stock 8ba with the original generator in a F5 COE. I have purchased a Delco cs130 6 volt positive grnd 50 amp alternator with a 3 X 9/16th inch pulley to replace the generator. Can anyone give me an idea of what length vee belt I may need for this change. I prefer a knotched belt in this application. Thanks.
 
Install it all the way down measure with a 1/2" steel measuring tape then adjust alt to top measure again for happy medium.

What I have done is set alternator mid adjustment,cut a old belt run it around then mesuar what is missing or if it is longer mark it where they overlap then cut on line and there you go.
