8BA Rear Main Seal Options

I am working on an 8BA for my '50 Merc. I was wondering if there are any options for the rear main seal (hate to see leaks after doing so much work) other than the original style rope seal? I know they make two piece neoprene seals for the Y blocks.
Look forward to your advice/suggestions.

[Flathead]

The Y-block was a special case when it comes to the rear main seal. The rope seal works fine for the Flathead if it is installed correctly.

I have had good results using GraphTite Rear Main Seals, got them from Red's Headers, they are two piece but good seals.
