8BA into a 36 Ford

What changes have to made with regards to the Fan, since the orginal is driven off the generator. Is there a fan setup that would work other then an electric fan? Thank you for any info.......

I’m presently working on this issue with my car (35 w 8ba)
I am going to drive the generator (in early location) with fan off the left water pump with a custom pulley.

Attached is a picture of an 8BA/8CM engine in my friends '37. Note the '49 Merc style spacer blocks under the 'Merc/truck water pumps.
