thanks guys im trying to save the 59AB thats in there now,the car was sitting in a garage for 25-30 years and the motor was locked up tight,i removed one head and i found the cylinder to be in exellent cond no rust or ridge as a matter of fact looks like it might have been rebuilt before being stored,i gave all 8 cly a good soaking with PB BLASTER and let it set overnite,i used a short piece of 2x3 and a mallet and tapped the 4 exposed pistons once,i put a pipe wrench on the crank hub and the motor freed right up,so far so good, the motor was full of oil and the radiator was also full with straight anti freeze,i did not crank engine with starter as i wan't to change oil and put in a new filer first,i removed the oil drain plug and no anti freeze in oil but the oil is ******* out in lumps and sludge,i think its best to drop the pan a clean it out real good and have a look around while the pan is down,,i think i have a good shot at saving this engine wish me luck and god bless the USA...
