Need help! I have to change the heater core. where do I start? is there a place where I can find instructions? My Clymer shop manual does not tell me much at all. thanks for any help.

If no one here has one to share, you should be able to find a downloadable Ford Service/Shop Manual online. I don't have one for Mustangs.
They usually cost $20 or so and it's money well spent if it's a good Ford manual; they usually include all repairs including heater core replacement.

Step 1 Get a can opener.
Step 2: Only a Can(adian) would give a reply like that. Apparently there is no supervision in the home at night.
I got the job done and had a half inch piece of wire leftover and I used it to short circuit 21 canadians
