'69 power steering fluid and capacity?

I guess this is the day for power steering questions. What is the specified type fluid for a '69, and what is the capacity? It's on a 302 if it makes any difference.

Any clean ATF fluid will work. Fill to the top line on the dipstick, then drive the car slowly down the driveway and back turning the wheels from lock to lock to try and bleed out air. Refill and drive.

I was always told Type F only

Its a closed hydraulic system. Anything that will be compatible with rubber seals will work.

I Had a pump rebuilt and I was told type F ATF or they would not guarantee the pump.
