69 Fairlane 351W Carb issues

Hello. I bought a 69 Fairlane and it came with an incorrect Automate 2100 carb. My car should have a 1.21-1.23 venturi but it came with a 1.08 which is for a 302 engine. I rebuild the smaller carb and the car ran ok, even a bit rich as I upped the Jetts to 51. Now I managed to get a 1.21 carb from eBay and just rebuild it and installed it on the car but I noticed the fuel filter at the front that screws in has a larger threaded hole than my original. It should be 1/8 Npt like the 1.08 carb but it looks to be 1/4" Npt. Now I can put an adapter on it but will it effect the way the car runs?
Also to note, the new carb has 55 jets. Im located in Socal, close to sea level.

There are two differing size filters for that period car, the bowl inlet threads being different sizes.

The PN's are given, but not by thread size.

-MOTORCRAFT-

C5AZ 9155-A (FG-15)
C5UZ 9155-A (FG-I4)

These are the original FORD PN's but can be crossed-over.

Is there any CARB ID on the left fuel bowl or left mounting foot? You will need this to reference the calibration and parts list.

EDIT -

FG-15 crosses to WIX 33045 (1/2 - 20NPT)

FG-14 crosses to WIX 33046 (1/8 - 27NPT)
