68 Galaxie Starter Problems

I am new and not sure if this site even handles 1968 Galaxie owners.
Here is a question however:
Does anyone know which colored wire goes on which post of the starter relay on the passenger side inner fender?
The starter turns while the key is off.
I have already tried two relays and two ignition witches.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds crazy but any chance you have the heavy battery cables reversed? Does the starter spin the moment you hook up the battery? Or just when you turn the ignition switch to "ON"?

I managed to repair it. It turns out the relay I bought was defective. When I changed it the problem ceased. I guess not all brand new parts are good.
