2 questions i installed new headlamp and highbeam switch's now the highbeam light won't go off. second blower motor has 3 wires coming from it one is ground one has power the other is dead the motor runs on one speed only

Do you mean the high beam idicator light or the actual high beam headlights?
It sounds like you have mixed up some wires somewhere, the headlight switch wiring is pretty much a no-brainer. The wires pretty much only want to go where they belong. Have you changed the foot dipper switch and mixed up wiring?

You have wires mixed up on the dimmer and on the blower its ground--lo speed-hi speed

thanks i changed out the headlamp switch with an aftermarket also add a fuseblock as mine was destroyed must be wires on main switch as dimmer switch was plug and play
