61 Falcon suspension issues

I recently developed a nasty squeak/squak in my left front suspension really annoying. The car has all new components. Was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and can provide information on what to look for and how to solve the problem?

First thought is the sway bar. Disconnect it and see if it goes away. If not, can you make it squeak by bouncing it?

when these car were new you would see where on the spring tower they would burn a hole & install a grease fitting to lube the shaft if the squeak is coming from there you might have to do it i saw a lot of falcons with this

The "proper" solution was to remove the grease plug at each end of the shaft and temporarily screw in a special tool--generally a flat disc with a knurled edge and a zerk fitting that just fit in the space available. Then remove the tool and reinstall the plug--all four locations.
I cannot imagine the labor cost for doing that.
OTOH, the thread starter said that all components were new---I wonder if he greased everything when he installed the new parts.

I worked at a gas station back in the late 60’s to mid 70’s and we worked on a lot of Ford and Mercury products and used the tool ms fowler describes. I don’t recall a time the lubrication did not fix the the squeaky front suspension.
