A good DD ( Deluxe Delivery) friend of mine needs the rear spring u-bolt for a 6 leave spring. He bought repo and they are too short. Ant solutions in the Barn?

Could his problem be that he has a "6 leave spring"? I am not sure what application he is trying to use it on, ...but it is the Bottom Plate that actually makes the difference. Many vendors actually sell one that is made for the early V8 chassis which is even longer than the Model A unit.
