You are correct; 35 and very early 36 seats were fixed.

The '35 and '36 coupe seats are different and so are the package tray brackets. I am trying to do the upholstery for a '35 three window. It has a different bracket for the package tray. Which is for the '35 and which is for the '36? I need a pair for a '35. Thanks.

John, My early 1935 3W has the "tab" style of brackets as shown in your first picture and I'm sure they are the originals. Could be tough parts to find. Good luck.
