Hi,
I want to ask if somebody has an idea what could be a root cause when the engine yu have a tight turning by Hand. The engine is not installed in the car.

It is common for a newly and properly rebuilt engine to be "tight" and may need an 18" bar with "medium" pressure to turn it over. It is important that pre lube is used for bearing installation and pistons are dipped in oil when installed. JMO

Give us some more to work with? New engine, old engine . . . has it been fired . . . did you put it together, etc?

How do you describe tight, everyone's perception will be different.
Crank seals, rings slipped out of slot, the list goes on.
