Problem, 59AB modified flathead with a 3-5/16 bore and a 4” Merc crank 275 ci. Has three 97 Stromsburg’s carburetors on progressive linage with Offenhauser heads and Mallory ignition. I have about a thousand miles on motor and it has a little blow by. I t has cast iron rings.
I had two quarts of antifreeze in the radiator I was getting water in cylinders. I took out the antifreeze and put in alumaseal and that stopped the water problem in the left bank but I still have a little water in number 1 and 3 cylinders when I start the motor. Several of the head studs have helicoils.
Thank you Ford Barn

If you are trying to stop the water without tearing into the engine and head bolts are torqued to specification, you might try IronTite Sealant, never used it but if I ever have a leak I will. Heard only good things about it but always some I'm sure it didn't work for. Here is a link on the HAMB you may want to read.
