59a heads

I have a set of heads that say 59A, not 59AB I believe these are truck heads, correct? The engine these came off of had an 11" clutch and a 2 piece oil pan .59 on the bell housing, 3/16 plus bore.

Well, not quite...these heads were used on trucks and passenger vehicles, all with a 3 3/16" bore.
The 59A heads were designed to be utilized on the right OR the left side - not either side.
59A-6050-A and 59A-6050-B (right and left).

The 59AB heads were designed to be used on either side - it didn't matter.
