59 engine in 34 BB truck

I purchased a truck that had a 59 engine . I'm trying to get it running.
It has the 59 water pumps. I have inserted spacers under the water pumps to raise the front of the engine up. It is still not high enough to put a double pulley at the crank. Do I need to change to a different water pump? How is the fan installed on the front of the engine? What is the correct generator? Any pics showing how everything fits on the engine?
 
You need to use a earlier manifild, 39 back and use a matching generator with pulley mounted fan. Saw off the crank extra palley for clearance at the bottom. 49/50 Merc motor mount spacers work well to align things right under the waterpumps.
 
I'll give it a try. Not sure I can use a different intake. The one I have is setup for the vacuum line for the dist. Do I need 8Rt water pumps plus the spacers?
