59 Edsel power steering control valve.

I had to take a wiz wheel to cut one of the bolts off due to it being seized in the housing. I got into the spacer and it appears that I have to take this nut off and spring. What should I expect?

Have only opened up 2 of those in my lifetime and the last one was in the early 80's. Don't seem to remember that the cap was under pressure. Looks like you still have enough material on the inside edge to seal the cap. The second one I did was because front end alignment shop didn't position the adjustment sleeve correctly on the tie rod and the sleeve tightening bolt rubbed a hole through the cap but didn't leak.
