'57 Skyliner jack storage

Does anyone have a view of what is the proper way to store the bumper jack in a 1957 Skyliner? In my retractable, I have the jack and the retaining wing nut, but every storage way that I try looks awkward. I finally got my new windshield arms and visors mounted and they are awesome. If it would sunshine a little around here, I would post some photos of the car in the sun.

This is the best way so far that I have found for Skyliner jack storage. Is there a better way?

Found the proper jack storage photo for my 1957 retractable at two different locations. One was in a car for sale on eBay, and the other was in the book "Skyliner, The Birth of the Retractable" by Ben J. Smith.
