56 wagon front end bracket?

i am a new memeber that has purchased a semi project 56 country squire.i have almost finished the task of replacing the front crossmember on a 56 wagon. however there is a bracket that goes somewhere above/below/between the grill and the radiator that i cant figure out keeping me from finishing. can anyone tell me where it goes. see pic attached thanks

It is hard to tell the size of the bracket from the picture. It reminds me of a rather small part the goes from the bottom of the fender at the front to the bumper end.

There should be two of those brackets (mirror image of each other) They bolt on to the last two bolts at the bottom of the front splash pan on each end with the large bolt hole holding the end of the bumper where the bumper wraps around at the side.
