trying to replace the fuzzy in the flapper above the door. I have the old fuzzy out . Anyone know how to install new ???

I had to replace mine; there is no easy way & the only method I found that worked was to uncrimp and remove the old fuzzy frames, then recrimp the new fuzzy back in. I got the replacements from Restoration Specialties. Good luck
