your going to get many different opions and sugestions, stop by your friendly body shop or auto paint store and ask one of the painters or body men, they do that stuff all the time
You might want to go by the Vette restorer's body shop instead of the local guys. Paint is the same but the prep has a few quirks that need to be paid attention to. Biggest thing is gel coat damage and spider cracks that need to be addressed correctly.
