Just purchased a super '56 Ford Club Sedan and need to remove the parking light housings to fix the bulb sockets. Might anyone out there have instructions on how to do this? I have a shop manual but it has no information on removing these housings. Thanks….

Hi Mac
There are 3 bolts under the front splash apron and 2 on the sides of each light.
The light sockets simply unplug from the housings

I second that, also when reinstalling check to see if the rubber belt is still on the stone shield upper rear. The three bolts holding the housing may, may have an exposed gap at the stoneshield...fender washers or larger washers. Good time to check paint on bottom of the shield and also, are the rubber pads still mounted between shield and bumper brackets?
I think I read somewhere on this Forum about how simple jobs explode!
