Hey guys! I have a Granada front disc brake conversion installed on my '56 Fairlane. Can someone tell me the brand & part # master cylinder for a MANUAL disc front/drum rear setup? I already have a combo valve (proportioning valve & residual valve) that I will be using. Thanks in advance! F F

Just ask for a 77-80 Granada master cylinder for non-power brakes. That is what I used. I don't have a number.

Thanks, Paul. and....I just found this unit @ Speedway part# 91031425. It's probably the same thing as yours? F F

I have done this for a 56 T-bird and my 57 Ranchero both with manual disc and rear drums, I got mine from Autozone its for a 76 Maverick with manual front discs and rear drums part# NM1680 its new not a rebuilt for $62 been on my Ranchero for 12 years no problems.

That Autozone master is almost 50.00 cheaper than Speedway! Actually, I am not surprised. Did you use one of those "combination" proportioning & residual valve blocks?
Your engine & surrounding compartment looks great!!

The rod...what did you do for that?

I used a Ford proportioning valve I got off ebay for about $35 and and a adjustable push rod from ebay for around $14 to get it dialed in.

It must be really inconvenient to reach down and press your brake pedal with you hand.
