The little gear on the end of speedo cable inside ****** is it the same on a 3 speed standard as on a Fordomatic..Anyone know Part no and number of teeth ....19 20 or 21??
 
The Ford service number is 17322. I don't know the prefix or suffix. I don't know what # of teeth came stock.

The number of teeth you need depends on your cars axle ratio and tire size. Back in the fifties, a Ford speedo was often a guesstimater. Not all that accurate.
