'55 Crown Dash Removal

Can anyone tell me if the entire dash can be removed from the body in a '55 Crown Victoria. I want to completely refinish it and would like to know before I start in on it. OWhite

as stated it does come out take all windshield trim off 5/16 screws under them and bolts on either side in kick panel area drop the steering cables alomg with wireing and speedo cable i've done this many times on my wagon also get some help to remove from car hope you like working on your back
