54 victoria Quarter windows

On our 54 victoria we have made the mistake of not taking enough notes of how things come apart. When the rear quarter window is fully closed it rests on a rubber block on the top of the door post. My question is which way around do these go? they are a stepped part with one side flat and the other part of the step has a wedge shape with two screw holes into the door post. There is also a small tab of rubber out the square side of the block. Does the wedge face the inner window surround or outer? sorry if my description is vague. I have surfed but un able to find pictures. Thanks Bryan

I know its more work, but put it together and roll the window up to see if there is a witness mark where the rubber has hit before. Lower the window and do the same. This may show you how it should be. Good Luck!

Thanks .We purchased new rubbers and have rolled the window up a few times with the block in different positions but it doesnt seem correct. With the wedge facing the inside it certainly doesnt follow the inner window trim line.
