54 pickup fuel line pic needed

Can anybody post a pic of the fuel line to tank connection on a 53-55 truck? Fighting a fuel issue and the fitting at the tank does not look original. All I need is a pick up the tank and how the pickup is set up. Any help appreciated.

I don't think I have a pic but I'll look. My truck uses a 53-55 tank. The pickup is on the inner side of the tank, comes out the top, then over the frame and back down and up to the fuel pump. I bought a repop tank thru NPD and bent my own fuel line to the rubber hose to the fuel pump. My question to you is: What type problem are you having? I have been having a problem also. Mine is the suction tube got clogged up. I was 700 miles from home, I determined what the problem was and ended up putting a gas can on the floor on passenger side and hooking up a 10' long piece of fuel hose from the can to the fuel pump. Made it home and then blew back thru fuel line and got whatever was clogging it unclogged. (You cant see the bottom of the fuel suction and can't get anything in tank)I think I am sucking up trash from welds, etc. Do you think you are also sucking up slagg/debris?
