52 tudor rear window handle

I can't seem to locate the clip/pin that holds the window crank handle in place, Is it between the washer and the handle? Behind the washer? Between spring and washer? Also once I find it, (Ever the optimist, sort of) how do I get it off?

If it’s like the '53 Convertible, it's a spring clip; you need to push the side panel in so you can see the part of the handle that slides over the shaft. You can use a small screwdriver to push the spring clip up out of the grooves (one on each side) in the handle and release it.
 
Thanks Vic, and you're exactly right. I founfd a picture of a repop on ebay which showed the location of the pin and with that I got it right off.
