I would like to replace window rubber and body seals, Is there a vendor or company that makes good quality stuff that fits. And same with brake parts like master and wheel cylinder rebuild kits.

Take a look at Joblot auto, Macs and the others. They all have a good selection of parts for the year. Parts for specific to the Courier may be some what harder to find.
