Hi Guys I've replaced the cab mounts on this truck I'm working on, in the kit are 3 round pieces of tube that I can't find a home for.Can anyone tell me were these go? Thanks Tony.

Doesn't sound right, can you post a picture? Are the tubes steel or rubber? It could be they are bushings to adapt '53 - '56 cab dogbones to some earlier truck with smaller bolts? But there should be 4 if that were the case.

They are replacement liners that go in the cast arm support for the rear part of the cab. If you replace arms you won't need them. If yours are still good, drive out old ones and replace with these new liners. Hope this helps. Ken

The original arms were stamped steel, superseded by the 53-56 style which are cast iron. The iron ones are much better, but getting a set to NZ may not be worth the difference.

Thanks Ross and Ken, its all clear now.I did have the pressed steel arm but have replaced them with the cast ones.Cheers Tony.
